Sorry to ask cos I don't really understand the chart

Can I also check if SMPS primary is affliated to her Secondary school and what it the COP for affliated students?

If you are referring to St Margaret's, there has been no history of balloting in Phase 2B from 2006 onwards.

Perhaps http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/content/p1-registration-2014-preview is easier for you to understand?

Look under the schools in Central.

I’m looking at the past balloting history. Can I interpret that as long as there is balloting for those staying within 1km, my chance of getting in to the school is almost zero if I stay within 1-2km?
