Baby Boss needs a FULL day. From opening to close, on a busy day our kids only managed 7 jobs. My friend's son did 11 jobs on a non busy day. Try not to go on a Monday. It can be quite busy especially if the previous Sat is a Sport Day, school will close on the following Monday. Then you will probably see 1/2 of Taipei kids in Baby Boss!

Jiufen is nice for little shops shoppings and try some local products. I have been to Jiufen 3X and enjoyed it every time. if you have no driver, when you reach the station, there are plenty of taxi drivers. You can then negotiate the fare depend on where you want to go.

There is nothing much at the waterfall but it is usually included in the trip and is a 10 min stay.

            Have fun!

Agreed. Friday at bb boss has extended hrs startg frm 10 am to 8pm. But can b crowded in e morn as kindergartens may conduct field trips there. Crowd eases after lunch. For e first time she worked in her life, dd worked non stop frm 10 to 8 lol! She completed abt 13 or 14 stations on e friday we were there.

Suggest u go jiufen for lunch. Plenty of nice street food to fill yr tummy 🙂

ok… on the cautious side, is the food safe for young children … those on night market and also jiufen stalls on the street ?

I had a bad experience eating on road side stall in HK and had bad stomach after that… so a bit wary…

                    Hi

Can anyone recommend about travelling to Taiwan with kids? We would like to go for farm stay & baby boss. I heard the journey from airport to the farm stay is long?

Does anyone has an itinerary for 5 days? Would really appreciate if someone can share with me? thank you! 🙂

                      1. Hire a driver

                      2. Take bus/taxi to Miaoli TRA station and take train to Taichung. Transfer to bus to Cingjing.
