      Jennifer:
My 6m breakfast - the boring butter loaf + MILO with instant oatmeal.

I read that eating oatmeal will fill the stomach and starve off hunger for a longer period of time. But this did not work for me leh. Already feeling stomach empty at 8.30am. I have not even started any housework 🤷

How to maintain low calories diet like this?
Will your DH and DS complain about eating bread everyday?

My two little baby birds were chirping much earlier than usual.. 😢 I guess because they both turned early yesterday night. So while hubs helped out with showering the babies and dressing them up, i made him sandwiches.

I'm a brunch person. I have bfast and lunch at one go. So i saved mine for later. I seem to be outta fruits - just left with an orange and an apple for the two boys to share.

Hubby is brought up eating bread for 5 days a week, special treats on weekends.

Elder boy is eat to live person, anything (even bland) also can.

Younger boy has a rule: one day plain bread, next day must be flavoured bread.

I try my best to accommodate the above 😉

I have a tao sar pia and a cup of Milo for breakfast. For me, mon-fri is Milo day. Sat & Sun = coffee day. Try not to drink too much coffee.

After we got married, I changed the menu totally. He is lucky that he doesn't grow sideways.

                      Now usually serving the following:
Cereal, Pau, homemade sandwiches, soupy dishes like fishball noodles, eggs cooked in various ways, milkshakes, variety of biscuits, nuts, juices and oats.

Occasionally we have breakfast in cafes. Usually public holidays.

I'm amazed that your DH can accept bread every weekday. In my house, I will get :spank: by DH.

The filling is the same vege as what you have in popiah.
