I heard RJC is 87% and VJC is around 78%

VJC 79.5% As, 99% AB grades.
And RVHS is 93.9% As, 6.1% Bs so 100% ABs. -
DHS Project Work 93.7% A grade and 6.3% B grade, 100% A n B

Yes, marked within the School's PW department at first, but scripts will be further marked and checked by the SEAB to ensure fairness. Furthermore, the Oral Presentation component will partly be judged by external examiners.
May I ask when is this PW start and end till the result is out in JC2 ? and when is the presentation ? Is this the one and only one project students do in the course of JC years? Thanks. -

PW starts in J1, somewhere near the start of Term 1, which if memory serves, is in Feb/Mar. It should end in Aug/Sep/Oct; i.e the writing portion. Can't recall well haha.applebad96:

The oral presentation was after Promos I think. After that, it just ends, and gets filed in some obscure dusty mental cabinet.
