Ron and Sam had 948 stickers altogether. After Sam bought 52 stickers, Sam would have thrice as many stickers as Ron. How many stickers did Ron have at first?


4U = 948 + 52 = 1000
1U = 1000 / 4 = 250

Sam : 3 x 250 = 750
At first Sam had } 750 - 52 = 698

S=3u = 3 x 7 = 21
