        Hi Joanne,

        Thanks for your info!

We are still quite undecided about RVP (2A) or SJI (2B).

Think we should forget about phase 2C (ACJ)

          Hi

For the past ballot result, we are not able to know if there was ballot for Citizen right?

The ballot could be for citizen only or citizen got placing and only PR need balloting right?

How can we know if citizen required balloting for that school?

If you can let us know which school you are looking at, fellow forummers will be able to advise whether balloting was conducted for SCs or PRs last year.

                  Phase 2C (2012, last year) :-
for each of the above 4 schools you’d listed :-

Balloting was conducted for Singapore citizenship children, residing within 1km of the school.

                  1) Hong Wen

Thank you! You are so efficient.

I am in dilemma. My husband has been SHHK member since aug2011. We have been looking for property with 1k of kong Hua and Chong fu too. But looking at their past years data, most required ballot within 1k at p2b.

I am staying <1k of hong wen which is a sap school but acedemically not as good as Kh and cf. And we prefer our kids to be exposed to our Chinese and hokkien culture thru SHHK schools. Therefore, can't decide to risk balloting or just go for hw pv for p2b.

                      Hi,

Does anyone know if chances of getting into chij katong through balloting is high for > 2km? The school does not do PV.

I’ve submitted my PV for Temasek Pri. Waiting for approval. I’m within 1-2km.
No other schools within 1km for me.

Which school is better chij katong or Temasek?

                      Thanks.

                        Hi

My girl is born in year 2008 and will be register for Primary 1 next year. We stay at Bedok area and within 1 km for Bedok Green Pri and Temasek Pri, within 2km for Red Swastik Pri.

1ST CHOICE consider Red Swastik Pri -but think difficult to enrol in
                        2ND CHOICE - Temasek Pri
3rd CHOICE- Bedok Green Pri / St. anthony’s canossian primary school
                        Under Phase 2C.

Anyone got any feedback on the above mentioned schools? St. anthony’s canossian primary school is a girl school, any advise good to enrol into girl school or mixed school?

If do parent volunteer job will have high chance of getting in the school u want??

Please advise. I am clueless what to do.

                        Thks.
