I alighted 2 LRT stops earlier and walked the rest of my journey home.

Slippers. Not high heels. Didn't wear heels today.

Don't walk too long distance with high heels, even it's just the 5cm heels... It's not \"healthy\" at all.

Many ladies' toes \"deformed\" and bend inward, some as bad as the big toe is lapping on top of the second toe.... or suffer bunions and corns.
Always walk in comfort shoes. A suggestion is to bring along a pair of light and foldable ballet flats, change into it before you embark on your long walk.

why this place suddenly became a confession booth? :rotflmao:

              Looks like it.

              Ladies,
What do you do when you feel moody? Not bcos of 'monthly thing' though...just unhappy and feeling down.

If I have nothing urgent, I would do one or more of the following:
              - have my favourite ice cream or enjoy a dessert like mango sago
              - rock up to a japanese restaurant and have a feast
              - do online shopping/shopping in town
              - go for high tea
              - binge on chocolate or chips
              - go for a hair cut, mani/pedi or facial

[/quote]My shoes are mostly flats. I love shoes with shiny beads (Pazzion).

My kids go to the nearby park almost everyday but today I accompanied them. It was such a refreshing experience, especially because it was time just for me- away from everyday’s rush. May be from the next time I will also walk for some time in the park.

Which brand of peanut butter do you buy? I switch to Peter Pan(USA) from Skippy(China), even though the latter tastes better. Any other recommendations?

I think the reduced fat Skippy is still made in USA. The taste is not as great as normal Skippy but at least it is not made in China. I have not tried Peter Pan so I could not make comparison.

I think more (which is draining), talk less (seriously, it can be blood puking to talk to some people) and climb some stairs (12 floors in my office building and then became so dizzy that I saw Jupiter and Saturn).

Had 4 servings of veg/fruits. Avoided carbo overloaded. Had 2litre of water.
