I’m not satisfied after dinner. Feel that something is missing. Maybe I’m stressed. I still feel like having fried chicken wings, Rojak and ice cream float…

My dinner was stir fried wongbok, steam egg with egg tofu and baked chicken drumlet marinated with thai bbq sauce.

Thanks all for the suggestions. Jennifer the steam egg with tofu is good.

                TheAnswer,

I deep fried some fresh silver fish (dust with some flour) but turn out very salty.I didn’t put any salt. nid to pre-soak the "fresh silver fish"??

i wonder how come fresh silver fish can be salty compared to dried ones…

Yes. It is salty. I didn't pre-soak it. I only wash 3 times and use it straightaway. If you find it salty, soak it for 15-20mins.

What's wrong?[/quote]OMG! You made me so so drooling even I am already so stuffed, Rojak is my weekly secret treat! I drive to market only to buy the you-tio for Rojak.... go Malaysia must buy a few different brands of shrimp paste for Rojak. Made my maid cut a whole pineapple and fry peanut weekly also because of rojak.... Rojak is my salad!

Chicken wings is the chicken part that I like the most, be it baked, roast or BBQ.... remember my CP chicken wings... Anyway, too late, already airfried 6 mid-joints and stuffed till cannot go tuck my dds in.... told them I will go at 9.45pm 😆

                      :boogie:

PS. Sometime I grind the fried peanuts myself, using a wine bottle..., 😂
