Ate lots of veg and no carbo during dinner. Lift 500g dumbbell while watching kdrama after dinner.

Ate a little bit of a lemon cake baked this afternoon.

How come the dumbbell is only 500g?

My kids go to the nearby park almost everyday but today I accompanied them. It was such a refreshing experience, especially because it was time just for me- away from everyday's rush. May be from the next time I will also walk for some time in the park.

:hi5: I love going to parks too!

To stay healthy and be in top form, I strive to:

1 ) exercise everyday, be it swimming, brisk walking, jogging, playing badminton or table tennis

                  2 ) have homecooked meals

                  3) eat more high fibre foods and greens/fresh fruits

                  4) limit my intake of sugar and salt

                  5) stay absolutely away from processed and ready cooked frozen foodstuff. These
are a hell no no for your body

                  6) have regular meals....eat like a king for
breakfast, queen for lunch and a
pauper for dinner. Supper is out unless
you want your digestive system to work
overtime, not when your body should be resting.

                  7) stay upbeat by entertaining myself with positive thoughts

šŸ˜Ž laugh my problems away. There is no problem too great that you can't smile it away

                  9) drink green tea everday and stay away from caffeine and liquer. A glass of wine is nice to accompany a good meal sometimes. Life will be absolutely meaningless if one denies oneself of all indulgence.

                  10) play or listen to soothing music to relax my mind, thus keeping stress at bay

                  11) spend time and play with my kids....all work but no play makes Jack a 'sick' boy

                  12) get sufficient sleep by sleeping early.......err....yes, I know it's really late now....will get the shut eye after posting this

                        Smell roses...that is nice.
A truck is cleaning either sanitary tank or drain downstairs now...so I have closed all the windows. Almost puked when smell came in.
