snake grass plant
-
anyone heard of this plant with its abilities to cure cancer? any idea where can get in singapore?
-
Not sure if it cures cancer but older folks roll up the leave and swallow it whole. Touted to cure many ills including sorethroat due to heatiness.
Very bitter tasting. Very common and can be found in pots along HDB corridors or shops. Dark deep green leaves. -
Is it 白花蛇舌草?
Boil into liang teh?
Yes, I heard before that is good for cancer patients… but not sure can cure cancer anot. -

I heard of one supplier somewhere in tiong bahru. (added link http://blog.ongsiwkim.com/en/you-dou-cao-retail-outlets/)
Not sure if it's effective but when one has cancer, he'll probably try anything, especially when it is not very expensive.
I'm growing some in my balcony
but not enough for regular consumption. -
