      Pls help.

      During a sale, Wilson spent $120 on a pair of shoes. He spent 2/5 of the remaining money on a bag and a book. After his spending, Wilson realized that he had 1/3 of his money left. If the book cost 1/2 as much as the bag, how much is the bag.
      Thanks in advance

                shoes are 4 units as seen from the individual ratio units formed (from Repeated-Identity Concept). Either using models or repeated-identity ratio units, shoes will always be 4 units.

                  Stan has $266 more than Tom, if Tom gives $11 to Stan, Tom will have 3/11 of Stanโ€™s money. How much do they have altogether?

                    A wooden box with 17 pears in it has a mass of 3.38kg. When 7 more Pears and 81 guavas are added the mass becomes 9.5 kg. Each pear has a mass 3 times as much as each guava. Find the mass of the wooden box when it is empty in grams

                        3D = 4C
                        15D = 20C

                        5D + 6C -> 76
                        15D + 18C -> 228

                        20C + 18C -> 228
                        38C -> 228
                        1C -> $6
