I use mine to make frittata. Turns out well every time. Basically it’s like huge omelette with any garnishing. If you have guests for dinner or kids’ friends over, can make a big hearty portion. I used to make using my Tefal but my heart skipped a beat each time I do a flip.

Have anyone tried the Happy Call flat pan? It can be used to make rice cracker. Looks really interesting and unique.

This pan is just too flat not very useful. Should use the wider diamention pan, where u can do fry veg, meat/ grill chicken.

I used it less than 5 times. Think it is good for saucy dish like bbq chicken or fried eggs. Not good for vegetables ( too wet) and fried fish ( skin not crispy) I do not like to use the pan.

MIL has a happycall pan too. I dunno the size or depth, hv not seen it at all. Think she has stopped using it to fry fish bcos the feedback from sister-in-law was not crispy skin. Is there anyway to make the skin crispier?

i find the pan very heavy n tedious to wash it over the basin. Is there other brand which the cover can be detached?

There's a HCP user who removes the clip that keeps the hinge together, thus make washing easier. See here:
