Is too much menstrual cramps sign of menopause? :nailbite:
Many young girls get them too. But if you normally don't have cramps, and now do, it could just be a one-off. If it recurs, it may be good to consult a doctor if you're concerned. My experience is that in the perimenopause stage, things just become erratic and different. If you're at the right age for perimenopause, I would just wait and see how things go.

I'm not sure but i think one common symptom is joint pain mostly in hips. I think better if you consult ob-gyne just to make sure especially if you have been feeling cramps quite often.

Could be a symptom but could also just be due to hormonal changes. Check out this blog or better, go to polyclinic and get checked.

Hmm before i rarely get cramps even when i was still single and no kid. My sister already helped me book appointment with ob tomorrow but still worried. Hoping this just early sign of menopause and nothing serious coz pain is 7/10 :gloomy:

Could be due to poor lifestyle and hormones. Did you get checked by dr already?
