your meaning of account and reflection is like blogging?

nope, i just write whatever i buy/spend in a exercisebook. Not even in excel spreadsheet.Last month only started.
I just write what i achieved today(chore, exercise, healthy food), and how i can improve in an exercisebook. Its makes me to do more.[/quote]nice....tats what i intend to do as well if i become SAHD. especially on household tips and tricks.

I think we need to have a checklist daily. It’s really effective and ensures that we complete all our daily tasks.

I agree with u.I need to make.I had it 6 years ago. That time i reduce my weight.after that somehow life has changed.now i have to go back to the self discipline mode. 🕺 In between i tried but failed. so i don't want to create a one first.Thought slowly improve my productivity.

weather is terrible…it’s so hot and humid during the early part of day…then rain cats and dogs in the afternoon. do take care of yourselves.

A checklist definitely increases productivity. I have been using a checklist for several years. It helps me to track all the necessary work and family commitments.
