I am under house arrest these 2 weeks...bcos of SA1.

Asked hubby to take leave yest...forgot son will be dismissed at 945am, can't go anywhere :stupid:
      Hi Janet_lee88,

Hang in there. Exams come and go. Your daily schedule should not vary much during their exams. Personally, I find that you are a delicated mother. I think you need to take some time for yourself.

Even a 30 minute break with your chamomile tea (can purchase in ntuc) and a slice of cake or a couple of cookies will freshen you up. Perhaps get your hubby to buy some of your favourite food and keep them at home. I bought a lot of cookies, pastry and cakes recently  It does help to keep my stress at bay.

You may also want to consider taking a walk in your neighbourhood when your hubby is home :snuggles:

Work has been hectic for me. I steal pockets of time to come to ksp or have a snack to keep my sanity.

Other than staying home, my other escape is to mum's place.

2 weeks of this craziness isn't that bad, compared to PSLE last year.
I still have iPad and KSP.
Surfing web on iPad is a great escape...do you watch Korean or HK shows? Watching some can help destress.

Icy Mama, really??? I agree! Give it a triple. I remember my mom told me my memory could improve...truth or lie? Lol. I think I drank it a day before a paper if I didn't remember wrongly.

Btw, anyone watching the Channel U \"Ren Yi\"? Where else can watch it ah? Can't wait to watch till the last episode.

I am blessed with 2 slots of me-time a day. First one is the 2 hours when the little one is in nursery and I get to read in peace at the bookstore and grabbing some groceries before picking up the kids. Second slot is when everyone has gone to bed and I catch up on news, indulge in some irregular online shopping and simply spacing out. I sometimes refuse to go to bed even when I already felt very sleepy.

Canvas, Wow, some parents even have difficulty getting one. 2 ME time is a luxury. šŸ™‚
Just curious what kind of book do you read? I'm an avid reader too.

:offtopic: Search, download and install PPS or PPTV. That's all you need on the iPhone or iPad.
