it is very windy these few days and not warm..that is one of the reasons I suspect my yeast not working too well :?

Dd has been sleeping late and accumulating sleep debt, seems to be busy with past/current hw and my record of her revision still at around mid Dec18. we have given the whole room to her else dd2 wont get good rest.

^o^ Sleep & personal space for revision are important. Once the schedule is missed, don't play catch up; relook the timetable & move on from there. Be a step ahead. Your kids are independent & that's the important thing - it'll work out fine.

no schedule yet sky :sad: coz know cannot adhere to...dunno dd has how many holes to patch before could move forward. I made cny resolution to sleep earlier and now because of dd I need to stay awake to keep telling her go to bed..she told me she is clearing backlog hw and do some revision..and I really hope so..hope soon she could start on papers.

Hi ladies, sorry for my long overdue reply as I was feeling sick and fatigue for the past few days.


Just 2 days ago, I noticed I had some side effects after taking the 2 types of antibiotics; my tongue turned white and acquired a metallic aftertaste. Plus I developed an itchy throat and a dry cough.

Yesterday, things got worse and I felt my body aching and running a high fever. I went back to the A&E clinic as I was unsure whether I caught a flu bug or dengue fever or just more serious side effects from my medication.

I did a flu swab test and was found to be positive for Influenza Type A (H1N1). The doc told me in his heart, he was thinking how come this patient is so suay! Added Tamiful to my long list of medicine and could only hope that I don’t suffer too much side-effects.

:scratchhead: Not warm? It's been very hot! Could not even complete my usual walk with the dog last evening. He kept stopping and whining so we cut our walk short. Haiz and last night, found a rather nasty and raw hot spot on him, gotta keep cleaning and disinfecting or it will spread.

so hot outside? I did my morning walk past few days..under shade not that hot but under sun will melt..my place these days windy esp kitchen where I spend many hours at.
