It was raining heavily when I woke up. Was worried how we can walk to school in that downpour

but luckily, it didn’t last long.

2nd semester already. Stress level up especially when dc are never in autopilot mode. Term 3 and 4 usually just whizz past… With all the school celebrations, psle related breaks and school declared holidays… Final year exams will soon be at our doorstep.

Can’t decide if I wish for it to be ‘get it done and over with’ or ‘pls dun come so soon’…

          First day of school blues…

I know what you mean...term 3 and 4 is always a whizz period...especially for secondary school. My son will be done with year end exams by sep.
Daughter will be having sa2 after that.
Reminds me of the time when kids were 1 and then hope they grow up faster so that I don't have to follow them or feed them...now they are so big and cute stages are over.

I agree with you all - Term 3/4 will just whizz by. Now have to get ready for EOY as it starts in Sep.

Have started nagging at DS - now must recharge my energy to nag at him until end of EOY.

Yes, while they are in school, we recharge by keeping quiet and nag when they return from school :rotflmao: my son has been so lax this month though he claimed he had a lot of work. Department stores are quiet...now is 主妇假期.

Thinking about EOY already? My daughter has about 3 projects and a CCA performance within the next 2 weeks or so, and probably will have lots more homework, projects and CCA stuff within the next couple of months. EOY isn't even on her timeline yet!

EOY is in my head because of streaming…not just one but both of them…so it will be a packed term 3 to gear them up. Will also be applying for extra time for younger one…if she is showing promise passing her math sa1, with extra time given, hope she will have more time to attempt section c word problems. It is going to be busy but I find it enjoyable.

Do you stay more than 2km away? Phase 2A1 is for alumni members.

In any case, all the best to you and keep us updated.
