about the case : it is hard plastic, just like the \"crystal\" case of other phones, which means easy breakable...I bought the \"MOMAX\" brand before I downloaded the apps for the free case. It is a bit elastic at the rim, less breakable I guess. keeping the 'free' one as a standby

I got the Black Speck Pixel. Like it a lot. It is rubber like material .. soft yet hard enough to protect the phone.
Easy to remove when I transfer my iphone to my armband for running

You can buy an extra battery pack which you can pre-charge and then discharge into your phone or if you drive, a car charger.
