for parents with kids entering P1 2012 - Term 4 (2011) last quarter is coming soon.
as a starting point of reference point - perhaps can refer to NYPS list of P1 recommended useful enrichment programme(s).
see if you find any suitable / relevant to your child.

โKindergarten is much more relaxed with fewer children per class compared to many primary 1 classes. Those Pโs and Qโs are so very important once they start their primary school.โ

i use this for my 4 yo too.. we are in book 5 now.. fantastic book i must say she can even recognise the words when we see it in newspaper/notice.. easy to teach too
