This is new policy and let us discuss it with the term, I heard, I was told by my son or daughter who happen to be friend that their classmate get how much and so on. Do not say \"so and so (with reference to actual name) of \"so and so\" school obtained 279, 285, 283. It might land you in trouble if MOE intend to pursue it, it might question the school, and slowly filter down to the actual person who release such information.

I think what you mentioned is too extreme. I can't imagine if there is a gag order on our kids or the parents that they cannot mention 'so and so' from 'so and so' school obtained 'XXX' !

Hi, my daughter scored 252 + 2 HMT. 2A* maths + eng. 2A science + tamil. She was a potential high scorer who didn't do upto the expectation and yet dreaming of IP programmes. Following are my choices for her. Pls advise if am being realistic and trying to secure a place for my daughter in a good school.


1. NJC IP cut-off 258
2. Cedar girls IP. Cut-off 258
3. TJC IP. Cut-off 255
4. MGS IP. Cut-off 255
5. SCGS IP Cut-off 250
6. Cedar girls express. Cutoff 249

Really need some expert advise and good guidance please. Thanks a lot!

Since tjc, mgs, scgs will only take in the first batch in 2013, may I know where did you obtain the cop from these schools?

No I meant that I saw 30 + pages of post yesterday but only23 pages today when I go in.i do not understand the decrease in no of pages

Agree that it's too extreme. furthermore who knows who is the top student in Singapore? Unless moe confirms the identity, which likely it won't. :?

It is a well-intended initiative by MOE, however, it is not a 'gag\" order by LAW. so don't worry. Those who share info are not breaching Law.
I believe the KSP who share the information here are also willing to provide useful info for fellow parents for various reasons.

That in fact shows the well-intended act by MOE is meaningless.
