I think probably other websites will have the info too..but I have been using this for past 2 years. Good to check transacted prices and also rental. The website allows us see past few months transactions only unless we pay for the subscription..$10 per mth if same as last time but I will only pay to see more transactions when we are ready to buy

After 20 Jul 2015, there will be new rules implemented to render the property information more transparent.
For example, developers must indicate the value of any benefits offered to buyers. So the selling price of the brand new condo must reflect the actual price after deducting all the goodies (e.g. furniture vouchers, absorption of stamp duty etc) and any other cash rebate.
Likely to reflect a reduction of property prices, which hopefully will make the resale owners more realistic. -
