It would be more meaningful if the TS can maybe quote what is the question asked?
It really depend on the type of question, for e.g. it is technical based or gossip type of question? these 2 are very different in nature… -
in forums, there can be very different type of answer too…
based on observations. For e.g.
A guy member asks a question, answer "Go and google" <- Short
A girl member asks a question, answer a few pages… -
