do u mean how many stickers he has? if so, its just 8x26
if u mean how many he has of both items, then its 9 times of 26 (ie 8 times of stickers and 1 time of toy trains) -
I bit confuse with this sentence "8 times as many stickers"
toy trains = 26
stickers=??
usually they said number of girls thrice as many as boys. -
smartmummy,
I also interpret as stickers = 8x26. -
Thanks 24hr-mum and just888!
My son also said like that. -
need help on this, thks

Joe had 3/5 as many marble as Ken. They have a total of 80 marbles. How many marbles must Ken give to Joe so that they have equal number of marbles?
So if ken is 5/5 then joe's is 3/5
Total 8 units for the 2 boys
1 unit is 10
To be equal they needs to be 4 units each.
Hence Ken needs to give 50-40 = 10 marbles to Joe. -

does it mean if luke has 7/3, then matthew has 3/3
total 10 units, each unit is 14
and 2units x 2 = 28
luke must give matthew 28 cards?
