Too true.... I find that I am more stressed about the whole DSA than DD...

      πŸ™

Same with me. But more anxious than stressed.

DD only applied to one school. Entirely her choice of sch & her decision to DSA. But she's all cool and never checks her email and it's me who checks this thread and wonder when will we hear from her dream sch.

Hi Peony, which school did your DD apply to? Actually, my DD also applied to 2 schools only (both her dream schools), ie SCGS or SNG. To her, as long as she can get in to either 1, she will be overjoyed! But we have yet to hear anything from the schools yet, and our hopes are diminishing as days pass....

Am thankful that she is not anxious about it. The few in her school who applied to the same sch all give support to each other - saying it's ok if they dun get thru. So far none have received a reply.

            Hi!

Have any parents of DD (mainstream) received any CO/WL or rejection letters from RGS/NYGH or DHS/SCGS/SNG yet?

DD was interviewed together with a whole batch of Sports Dsa gals for RGS. On Tues, there were 4 groups of 3 girls being interviewed. Heard that today was also reserved for Sports dsa interviews. For DD's sport I believe they are only intending to admit 2 girls under dsa.

              :xedfingers:
With 3 girls going in at a time, was each child given a chance to speak for each question?

My dd was not shortlisted for DHS. I called DHS yesterday and they told me that they have finished shortlisting. Thus those who did not received sms or email mean that they are not shortlisted. So sad......... 😒

no worry, they will prompt also, to ensure they hear from each of them

At least your dd got shortlisted by SCGS. I have called up SCGS & SNG. They told me to give them until mid-Aug. If I still didn't hear from them, this means my dd is not shortlisted. After that then they will send out the rejection letter. 2 more weeks to go... I am still hoping and hoping. Just wonder why they dont inform the rejected applicants first. At least if I know my dd is not selected, we can move on from there!

They do give chance to every child, DD feels better in group interview, kind of companionship.
