You can try Faith Educare. I withdrew my child from Sparkletot at Sengkang to enrol with them. So far not bad. Sparkletot’s staff weren’t as caring.

Has anyone registered their children at the newly opened sparkletots at blk 922 jurong west? I like to find out more of their nursery program onwards… is it good and about the teachers as well. Thank you!

IMHO, besides the curriculum provided, teachers are one most important factor too.

For me, I will not just look at the curriculum, not of the first priority for me. I am more concerned on the interaction of the teachers with and between the children and the parents, if the teachers are caring towards the children and the environment etc.

Do try to find out as much as you can on the schools which you are more interested in before jumping on which may cause regrets later on then you’ll have to go through all the hassles of withdrawing and looking for another school again and back to the same old cycle. JMHO.

            VisualTextEducation:
            Hi mommy2two,

HEY! Don't worry!! Hahahaha. The secret is simple. One word: Balance. Avoid doing something that leans to an intelligence too much. Playing too much leans toward Kinesthetic. Bad. Remember 9 intelligences? Do a bit of everything. Not too much of literacy (Writing all alphabets by the age of 4) nor Kinesthetic (Playing) nor Chinese (Linguistic)... and most importantly. DUN FORCE. omg. thats the worse mistake one could ever make. make it enjoyable, make the lesson enjoyable. Sign her up for Chinese Drama course or chinese camp or anything that makes her Happy. You can always work your magic around.

This is what google churn out for me. Hope its helps: http://www.juliagabriel.com/mandarin.htm

Looks good to me. 😃 Remb, dun stress!!!

I’m a first time mum and I’m new to this forum. I stay in Telok Blangah Crescent. My baby is coming to 18 mths and I would like to hear more feedback from mummies who send their toddler to the below locations.

              a) Can you please tell me how is their teachers? Whether they are the caring type?
              b) Teacher student ratio in that centre
              c) Curriculum / activities if any
              d) Is there other things that I should be watchful of?

              Big thanks ><
