      Have anyone seen this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I2uykFoW03s

Am very surprised to see Jacelyn Tay endorsing this type of product. Thought she has her own successful biz- beauty/TCM?

Anyway, she is slim to begin with......
Getting a slim person to endorse a slimming product is not convincing..... ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ˜‚
(Though yes, she put on weight after given birth)

There are people who get fat even juz by drinking water and on low calorie diet....
And there are people like me, ( my frens will know me well)....
who eat supper every nite (real heavy supper, not juz light supper)
And munch on tidbits every now and then... ๐Ÿ˜†
But dont seems to put on weight.....

i believe it all boils down to genes.....how yr genes metabolise the fat, plays a significant role....
However, if u are one who puts on weight easily, then diet and exercise will help to keep yr weight in check.....

probably the product is best endorse by lay people and ordinary folks to show the quality of it just like the following.

donโ€™t waste $$ on buying slimming products.Iโ€™ve seen my frds or relatives spending $$ on buying slimming pills, etc, yet, the results r so-so.Also,hv to continue to take the pills & exercise to see the results.

To slim down, just eat less & exercise more.

          Yes and No.

Yes, you need to eat less, but the right nutritional balance and food intake is important.

No, not everyone is a healthy and normal person, so only the right products that solve the problem at the root cause are worthy of consideration, the rest are pure *BS* products that are a waste of time and money.

for example, a wheel chair person can't be exercising like a normal person.

              highheels:
Cutting carbs is the fastest way to lose weight but neither good nor viable in the long run. I tried not taking any carbs for a week but gave up in the end; I love my rice and bread and pasta too much!!!

I agree coz I have seen friends lose weight by reducing carbo intake.

But like you, I love my rice/noodles too much ... so now, I do the next best thing, exercise (3-4 times a week).

Carbo intake can be for early part of the day when activity level is higher. Then refrain from carbo for dinner. It helps.

What is important is to lose Fats and not water or muscles.

It is also important that the fats loss doesn't rebound or are gain back easily.
