Maid the loaf looks yummy though... even though simple still can eat in breakfast with butter
Yeah, think that was what my husband did, not sure what he spread with this morning. -

when you were sleeping with the soft pillows u made in the night

No, I was already sweeping the forum when he had his breakfast, just that I didn't bother to go and see what he had with the bread.

May I know what is this compressed type of yeast ? Is it sold in very big packaging ? What is the difference b/w this compressed type and the dry baker's yeast. Is there a difference in the texture of bread using the two different types of yeast ? I used the dry baker's yeast and I find that my bread is not soft and fluffy like those bought from the bakery. Could it be due to the type of yeast I used ? BTW, I used freshly bought yeast.autumnbronze:
Ahhhhhhhh  so 25hourmaid, our resident masterchef, could be right

Haha, me no masterchief!
Had a bad experience with Bake King's yeast, after that, no more yeast or other things from Bake King for me. I use the big packet (compressed type, think it's a blue packet), sometimes from PH, sometimes from Sun Lik. -

Hi EatNonStop
First of all, welcome to Breadmakers' Club.
Yes, this thread is specifically for Breads and Buns only. There is another thread dedicated to cakes and cookies. Please feel free to post your pictures in the respective threads for us to drool over.
Here's the link to the cakes/cookies thread.

As for Japanese Red Bean Paste, perhaps you may want to try Daiso? Think I might have seen them being sold there. -
Thanks 25hourmaid, let me try my luck at Daiso Rivervaleโฆ
