Haiz, I have not moved beyond the normal loaf with a little variation. Bread making is time consuming. I can whip up a cake within an hour but with bread, at least 3hrs.

Just to ask the experts here, for pizza dough, possible to make in advance and freeze the dough for future use? How to go about it and how to handle it for use after freezing?

i was told by lao-shi that if want to \"save\" the bread, if ur dough is too dry, is after bake, brush it with milk and butter while it is still hot, the bread will \"eat\" the milk and butter and make it enough water and become soft.

Thanks for the tip, Jessica, but just curious, won't it turn soggy?

u must rem to brush it when it's hot from the oven. it's like \"bathing\" effect.

              Ok thanks. πŸ˜‰
