        Nice bread.

        Note, your yeast should not come in contact with the water before the mixing, else it will kill it instead. make a well in the bread flour and add in it.

            Oops, I saw it price $375 in earlier thread.....all the breads make me :drool:


            My hands itchy liao...feel like making breads since I have not touch it for a long while. :evil:

                No, no, no ... Lkvm, I rolled 3 doughs n put in th baking pan. Bec th pan is quite long for a 250g or 300g bread flour, it got spaced-out, so I break up the 3 mini loaf ... Haha sorry for giving th wrong impression :oops:

                Anyway, I only hv a Pullman tin, a round (27cm dia) pan and this baking pan for baking, v limited resources...
