Ang pao wise, don’t really lugi since I have 2 kids…it’s ok to give to my unmarried cousins because we grew up together and rather close.
Now thinking when to change curtains in the hall and daughter’s room…next weekend will change bedsheets. Washed kids’ new clothes already. -

Exactly 1 week to CNY eve!!!
*groan* don't remind me..... :nailbite: I'm not looking forward to it. It's boring and noisy and I don't exactly know what to do when most of the in-laws will be yakking away or playing mahjong, while the kids will be on the computer, PSP, DS and what nots. It's either watching the TV or reading the newspaper. I'm getting really antsy and want to get it over and done with. -
This is one holiday that i really really look forward to.
Why?
Being non-chinese, its all play and no work for me.
I soak in the festive atmosphere , dig in the caloried filled love letters, so much of read , my fav colour in the air, mandirin oranges and of course Long long weekend to laze around and no real responsibilities

This is the festive season i like most. I enjoy the preparation work such as buying new year goodies, buying new clothes for myself, my children, my parents and my in-laws. It makes me feel good ..though :moneyflies: ..anyway it is once a year ..so be happy la. I also follow my mum footstep by praying to the sky god on the cny eve till abt 1am and also pray on the 8th night CNY to celebrate the birthday of the sky god...All these make my cny celebration interesting and exciting
As my in-laws stay with us, so on the first day of cny I will go back to my parents place for celebration. On the second day, I will be out for visiting to my husband's relatives together with my in-laws and sisters in law.
Wish all of us WAN SI RU YI!!!!! GONG XI FA CHAI!!!!!! HUAT AHHHHHH!!!!
