I hv a pair and my DH has a pair too. I find it quite comfortable and nice too.

I used to hv pain on my last toes when I wear normal flip flops. I dont have when wearing FF.

For the benefits, I do hope I can see the more tone legs and butt but 😒

Overall I still recommend FF, should at least invest in one pair. My fren loves it when she saw me wearing and got a pair for herself too.

Looks like I really must go get one soon. Actually they have for little girls too, but limited colours. Will be nice to get a matching pair of FF for mother and daughter. πŸ˜‰ though it's a little expensive for kids since they outgrow it pretty fast.

Not sure how that helps the back but I supposed it is more so on support as a whole - read the following that explains the benefits.

Btw, I like the \"wearability.\" very comfy!

          -----------------
Fitflop Shoes are renowned for providing style together with health benefits for all their wearers. The features and benefits of the FitFlop have made it a very successful footwear line in the last few years. A group of researchers in England designed this footwear line to promote better health, by developing a shoe that mimics walking barefoot.

This idea is to introduce instability as you walk, which challenges the muscles and helps burn more calories. Added benefits also include better posture, more toned muscles in the legs and thighs, and a decrease in the amount of back and joint pain.

After starting with sandals, FitFlop stockists now also offer a range of shoes and boots for all seasons and circumstances. Fitflop Shoes are not only comfortable but can also be matched with a number of outfits like jeans, skirts, trousers, shorts, skirts, etc.

Consumers really like this brand because nothing else on the market offers the health benefits associated with wearing fitlops. Their attractive combinations of colours, such as black and white as well as white and red, give consumers plenty of choices when selecting shoes at their local Fitflop stockists.

As well as offering high quality along with unique technology and a variety of styles and colours, fitflops are also affordable, making them perfect for all ages and budgets.

Put quite simply, fitflops give you a workout whilst you walk. They challenge those hard to reach muscles with their unique multi-density midsole, meaning your legs are toned and trimmed whilst you are going about your ordinary day-to-day tasks. They also work the muscles in your bottom and have been shown to have a toning effect on the thigh muscles, so it is pretty much a whole lower body workout that you get simply from wearing a pair of fitflops.

If the price, variety of styles and health benefits is not enough to persuade you to get down to your local fitflop stockists then bear in mind that fitflop wearers have also reported a reduction in back pain from wearing the shoes for just a few days!

If you want to find out more about fitflop shoes why not visit your fitflop stockists to browse their range of shoes.

FitFlop distributor and a chiropractor were interviewed on radio yesterday, and they were singing praises...like it's a miracle product. So decided to ask fellow parents here for your actual experience. πŸ˜‰

Seems like there is some help, but not as much as what they were saying on air.

benefits β€” well, maybe there is some truth to it then since I have been hearing good things so far.

my colleagues tried them on and was convinced on the comfort level. most of them head to the stores to get a pair or two too!

i uses fitflops mainly for weekends and shopping trips - helpful for "heavy" walking.

bought a pair for myself and my hub. I love it! πŸ™‚ cuz it's thick sole really cushions my feet so much so that I can't wear my birkes any more cuz they are \"too hard\" now.

My hub has knee problems hence I bought the sandals for him. He said they helped. πŸ™‚

If not mistaken, I think it ranges from $70+ to $300+. The $300+ pair comes with swaroski crystals, that's why more ex lah πŸ˜›
