can gua sha be perform on children? i do my own DIY facial gua sha once in a while, i find that skin is more radiant after doing

i also did gua sha for my DH on his back when he complain of tiredness.

You should not touch water for at least 1 to 2 hours right after gua sha. That's is because your pores are open , and u do not want to let 寒气 goes into your body.

No,it's not the same as the body.Your face will look better after the gua sha and feel really good.Can sleep very well too.
