Congratulation! How do they shortlist? Did your son have to go thru selection test first?
Yes, my boy was shortlisted for the selection camp.carebear:
So the general consensus here is that SST won't be a popular choice? :?
Anyone applied for it? -

Er... not sure how they shortlist. They don't allow every applicant to go for the selection camp. They simply shortlist from the applications they receive. Not sure what criteria they adopt.
Anyway, it's no big deal, only the 1st stage. And the camp date clashes with other schools. -

Hehe....my boy also shortlisted.
So stressful, must produce 2 min video clip presentation during camp. -
carebear:
Erm, no, it must be produced before the camp.Hehe....my boy also shortlisted.

And so big deal, all docs need to be certified. I suppose just bring the original and ask SST to certify themselves lah. siao. -

Yeh, its ok one. ACI and RV did it for my child as well. The admin staff is so helpful.Erm, no, it must be produced before the camp.

It seems like they have a tough process like nush too. What is your main reason for applying SST? Besides, SST, where else have you enrol for your boy for DSA? Do you know if any GEP student applying for DSA to SST? -

Main reason? My boy's choice. We don't choose or enrol for him. He does. -
phankao:
Yup, i mean the video clip needs to be presented on the day of the camp. Dunno wat to produce. :idea:Erm, no, it must be produced before the camp.

My boy is hands on type, so i tink he will like the curriculum. It seems like they have a tough process like nush too. What is your main reason for applying SST? Besides, SST, where else have you enrol for your boy for DSA? Do you know if any GEP student applying for DSA to SST?
He is definitely not the type for IB program which requires one to be good in languages. Actually i will like him to go to NUSH but he is afraid that it will be too stressful. So i let him choose.
Only choose one school for DSA.
So much work, if choose more, can't concentrate on PSLE. -
think this morning, SST hold its DSA Selection Camp? Anything to share?
