      hi all,

      Thanks for the comments.
i have called to both YTPS & unity before but no open house for the next coming months. Am a working mom, so does not have chance to wait after school to speak with the parents there. However, recce surrounding of the school but that is not the main deciding factor. It has to be the quality of the teachers to provide a good environment for students to study better. Any further comments on these 2 schools? YTPS & Unity?

Hi, from chats with parents with kids in Unity and KPS, I did not hear any negative feedback about both schools. Dunno about YTPS.

My boy asked which is the better school during one our discussion, and I told him that if he study hard, the better school is the one that had him 😄

Both YTPS and Unity are within 1km for us. I will be reg my boy in Unity as it is the nearest. Distance and values are my main factor. We gave up the p2a chance for a popular school in Bishan. It was a tough decision, one that I hope I will not regret...

My neighbour whose child is a year older than my child mention to me last year they went through balloting for unity. We stay less than 1km away from unity. But i’m not sure last year remaining figures for phase 2C.

See the past balloting history here http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/content/choa-chu-kang.

Last year, Yew Tee has less available seats at Phase 2C then Unity. This year, they are on par.

              All the best.

                  Hi All,

My little gal gona register for p1 this year
i would like to clarify regarding the P1 registration for citizens.
As a citizen can we register for 2 schools at the same time?

                  Thanks in advance

No, only 1 school at a time. Are you registering in P2C? If so, you can monitor on the first day of registration to see the chances you have. But at any one time, only registration at 1 school only. Only during balloting will you get an edge over PR which is having 2 names in the box compared to PR's which has only 1.
