There is a korean restaurant on the same level. Food not too bad.

DH doesn't eat beef, we prefer Nasi Padang!

One pizza done, another in the oven, chinchao chilling in the fridge and I am off to pick DD from her school bus.

Here ya go. This one is baked to DS's preference. He likes the cheese melty and gooey. The 2nd one is more brown which is to DD's preference.

The pizzas are gone. They could not wait to dig in. They are now happily slurping up their chin chow.

I have 2 happy satisfied kids. 30mins R&R and then it is shower and homework. If the weather holds, I will chase them out of the house to play in the evening. And I can have more me time. haha

DD2 came back to see this and she can't wait for me to whip up the same when she returns for lunch one day.. She's just like your DS. The cheesy melty gooey type.

Can share again where to get this flatbread and how much?
Do the ingredients stick to the base nicely?
Baked for how long under what temperature?

Bought this at NTUC Finest. There are 5 in a pack. Cannot remember the price. They have regular, whole wheat, even onion flavour I think.

To make the toppings stick, I put a layer of cheese at the bottom with the sauce, followed by the rest of the toppings. Of course with the way I heap the toppings, some will still fall off.

I bake them in preheated oven at 250 degrees for 8-10mins.

After looking at the pizza pic, I had to have some. Had dinner at pizza hut tonight. I had 1/2 of the curry dazzle and 1/4 BBQ pan pizza. DH had the rest and additional

order of the drumlets.
