the IT co she works in provides service to a few govt dept and she has diret access to both men. Was quoted in the papers as 'shou wan gao ming' - very good in PR/'socialising' :evil:
usually in these cases, will the woman be convicted also? there were cases where they can get away scot free, sometimes even their names were not revealed -

daisyt, from my understanding, the name originated decades years ago from NS, referring to Chinese who could not speak English. They could not pronouce the word 'educated' properly so it ended up sounding like helicopter -- dio bo? -
