From a person who had been molested thrice, i can tell u, it can happen anywhere....I think it's not worth sacrificing your child's development in independance just because such perverts exist.
Right to brand him a monster...now I'm glad I didn't engage a private coach. There was talk about grooming independence in kids...but with monsters like these prowling around....sorry to say, but I would rather resort to handicapped toilets than allow my son to go into public toilets all by himself.
Twice i was molested in school, once in YCK swimming pool. It can happen anywhere, really. Then how, never let your child go anywhere without u?

not just mad...but really SICK!! This used to happened to mostly girls...these days, there seemed to be significant no. of cases of men doing sick stuff to boys!!! :x

because of the way society functions, it seems easier to target little boys than little girls. A grown man with a little girl always seems weird...even for father and daughter, when i carry my daughter to the supermarket to do groceries, people always give us a 2nd look.....must be my dark complexion and my goatee....maybe i look like a bad guy LOL

A grown man with a little boy always \"seems alright\". Besides, many girls have been taught to be wary of molesters, but not little boys. In fact, all 3 times i was molested, i wasn't even aware of that...i thought that \"uncle\" was merely examining my bird-bird to see if it's normal :x -

it is very difficult not to let a lower pri sch kid go to the male changing room if the dad is not around cos female changing rooms have this restriction on 'overgrown boys'.
personally, i have only came across say like 3 flashers? plus one boy who likes to sit very close to me/other passengers in the bus. -

Yah, I kena a few times too when I was growing up, now that you've reminded me. Some jerk at the book store (Times), and this old guy at the movies (when I was in my teens, with friends). Luckily I was so super blur too - had no idea what they were doing. And luckily also they nevr touched me.skunk:

no way.
i heard from my office kopiauntie (who took the same bus everyday) that that boy may be having some psychological problems cos he likes to sit close (side of arm touching) to all ladies on board that bus even if there are available seats elsewhere. have had eye contact with him - he had a very scary 'yan sen'. :scared:
