My girl is in kellock this yr p1. I like their chinese teacher. My girl improved a lot with her way of teaching. But there is a problem that I highlighted to them and yet to be resolved. Whenever the form teacher is not around ( mc or on leave) there isn't relief teacher take over the class. Even there is, almost of the time the girls are ask to do silent reading, no proper lesson. Or in some cases, there r given some worksheet to do.

When some are doing silent reading, the rest are playing catching. And This happens quite often. Especially on friday, the longest day of the week. The whole of friday, my girl only attended mother tongue and the rest of the day is reading.
I feedback to VP and problems still continue. Now I had bring up this issue to the P. And I m waiting for their reply.

Do updates us the teacher that use the word \"shame on you\". Will reporting the teacher in the end the gal would be mark by the teacher?

Wow CHIJ Kellock is not funded by MOE at all? Wait the donations used for future expansion then my DD may not be able to enjoy. Already secure a place in Radin Mas in Phase 1, so have to monitor the situation Phase 2C.

If we lost in Phase 2C of CHIJ Kellock, meaning that we also lost RMPS.
Stressful for the month of July to August. :scared:

Went to CHIJ (Kellock) Open House on 14 July, heard that the Principal is very on the ball on Arts related activities. Dancing, Music, Paintings etc etc. We can sensed a rich art heritage of the school.

Anyone can give 10 good reasons to register Kellock in which I give up RMPS?

Ya true by the time Radin Mas should have a Alumni where all would be in Phase 2A(1). Anyway now is 50%-50%. Wait till 1 Aug wheree withdraw at 1615hr at register at 1625hr.


Maybe another better is that next time can apply Radin Mas + GEP (Primary) X 2. Total 4 schools for the next generation.

Anyone can share a typical timetable of CHIJ Kellock?

Understand that every Friday the dismissal time is at 1530hr.

In addition, I also heard that the streaming would affect the Maths & Chinese class.Just on my personal thought CHIJ Kellock is a much relax school?

OIC! So u have oreadi secured a place at RMPS. But y do u wan to give it up since both ur kids will be in the same sch, and enrol for Kellock? :?

No need to give urself unnecessary stress lah. Juz go for RMPS. :rahrah:

Yup! Kellock will end their sch at 1530 every fri unless there's an event on the same day or next.
