        Hi shawnlim88,

Thanks for sharing. So your kid join any CCA?

        Thanks.

        Ivy
        hi Ivy,
my DD is selected into the Netball as her CCA, to my surprise, as she doesn't have very good ball sense.

haa haa maybe she is among the 'better' ones. just let enjoy the CCA.

she also has been in the Ballet class since P1, and she enjoys it very much.

what about yours DD? in which level?

          Hi shawnlim88,

As for sch fees, I thought its $5.50? That's the amt that I have been paying thru giro monthly.

          ...
          😉
          Dear Clarie79,
you are one of those who pay and dunno how much you are paying.
          no offense,

but I am very sure that the Kellock's misc fee is S$11 pm

no point mentioning the tr's name as it is already pass

          cheers

            hi titank,

Unverified hearsay is that RMPS places a lot of emphasis on the TOP class to chern out TOP students.

            dunno how true it is.

yes, i agree that all schools, principals, teachers, students work towards that goal.

but if it is too 'obvious' then maybe there is stress to get to the top class of the level.

                jmho :yikes: :yikes:

                  Hi shawnlim88

$5.50 was deducted every month to MOE, this is the standard tier misc fee. Unless you are referring to the 2nd tier misc fees which is also $5.50 (max payment). This is deducted thru edusave.

To date I dun keep track on the edusave payment part so I'm not sure what is the exact amt they deduct. Are you paying both misc fees via giro?

I know of one good Maths teacher teaching the foundation class. This teacher also teaches the best class for another level. So, is this example good enough to refute the claim? :scratchhead:

Which ones? I don't know anything about the CCAs at CHIJ, but friends with kids in other schools have told me that CCAs like sailing, tennis, violin and golf, that require outside coaches will be charged extra.
