I think you should call to school and check with the staff there. They will advise you who is the bus operator for that area. I did the same for my son. Call to the main office line

Hi parents of DLS St Gabriel 1,

My child is in St Gabriel 1, I am in touch with a few other parents, and I find it very helpful to exchange information with other parents.

Sometimes the children are not able to copy down or remember all the instructions given by the teachers and hence they either fail to convey them to the parents or the messages are incomplete. Hence networking with other parents are very useful.

If you are interested to stay in touch, pls post a reply with your email address.

        Cheers!

Anyone can tell me more about Schools Road Run card which was distributed to our kids few weeks ago? Should we go around to ask for donation on behalf our kids?

if we are not the one who go around to ask donation, who else? my son not even know what is charity. And at the end i think the parent need to come out pocket money as i really hate to ask donation since young.

                  mvelle09:
My girl did quite well, both mock 20/20 and topical test 25/25. She copes well in maths mainly because she picks up the maths concept from her MPM lessons. But a single test can't really judge a kid's learning ability, it is still too early to tell as kids are still trying to adjust to primary routine. [/img]

WOw!!! Welll done mvelle09 girl !!! Since your gal is in the same class as my ds, i should know who yr gal is then πŸ˜‰ as my son said there was only one girl who scored both the mock & topical test with full marks!!!
Even if she has enrichment from MPM, it is still no easy feat maintaining full score for both the tests; and I would say, even for adults to do this test, we may not get full marks! πŸ˜› So, once again, good job done mvelle09 girl !!!

Oh, and about the donation card; during CNY, I went round asking my relatives to donate...hehehe....so thick-skinned hor....somemore during CNY. then today, brought to my office to ask my colleagues coz i ask my son to give the teacher back the donation card but teacher told him to try to fill up more....

Yes, Chinese class is a \"must\" for my girl not all about academic but also she gets to mix around with other P1 school mates. Hope it is cheap and good.

Btw, have u prepare your dd and ds for the Chinese show and tell ? My girl sure can't make it with presentation in Chinese. Just get her to try her best. πŸ˜›
