coz 12th is visit the botanic gardens day..... :roll:
and also 26th Mar 2010 coz its E-learning day.... :roll:
and on the qn of maids; my maid is fm central java...
my maid's basically my \"housekeeper\" now. and both
my kids love her lots! vice versa too coz she also love
both my kids v. much. thank god !

Oh Yes, this is the most important condition that the agent must comply.
Most reliable agents willl refund you the balance of the upfront loan within two weeks to a month after you have returned the maid to them. I have friends who did not check the agreement properly ended up paying thousands of dollars after getting an unmatch maid. -
Btw, on 26th March must parents be around to guide the kid on spot ? If so, I will need to apply leave then.

I did not aware there is no school again on 26 Mar. My God, that'e mean i got to apply 2 days leave liao -

nope, i'm not attending the meeting coz could not manage
to apply for leave. anyway, will correspond with teacher
via email....which i hv been doing do already....
but i think its good to bring the child along since you
would want your child to listen to what the teacher has
to say about him/her. my opinion....

not too sure yet coz the PN (parent notification) din mention much.
But if its E-learning day & the child don't do anything at home;
it does not make sense. So, better apply leave first then cancel
at later part if leave is not needed.

Just call to the general office 26 Mar - E Learning day, the kid no need to go to school.

On 31 Mar there is no school also because annual athletic meet. We must take a few days leaves on March.

The condition 2 seem quite tough, is there any agent offers the refund of upfront loan in S'pore ? I used my agent about 6 years ago so not very sure about the quality of maids that brought in from Indo now. Anna if you are interested i can pm you the contact.
Yah, I am surprised at this condition too, the part about full refund. My experience is that you can get a free replacement within 6mths of hiring the original one - but usually a bit more expensive. I got mine changed coz she stole my money!!! Now my indon one very good.
Agree with most of your other conditions ... although din noe about (8). Anniekaisung ... pls share your agent that allow full refund. Thanks! -

So sorry, I have yet to find a good agent. So far, I had 3 agents that had refunded me the maids’ balance loan. But their maids’ quality are not very good and I wouldn’t dare to recommend them to you.
