P1s going to zoo this Friday 30/7....

hopefully it does not rain.... 🙏
so they will be able to enjoy their trip.

remember to ask yr ds/dd to bring pencil box & a small notebook.
they are supposed to jot down wat they see in the zoo.... 😉

with this type of weather, better put a rain coat in their bag as well....

The kids were disappointed that the trip to the zoo had to be postponed to next Tuesday. But 1H & 1I kids had a \"picnic\" in the canteen, initiated by their form teachers.

There's a sports session for P1 & P2 next Friday and kids have to be in school by 7.15am. Parents are invited to cheer for their kids.

I did not noticed that there will be sport day next Friday, it is written in the latest parent notification?
Yes, there was a letter from the school about this event, it's for P1 & P2, it's called the Lower Primary Games Day - on 6 Aug, Friday.

School hours on that day : 7.30am to 10.30am.

Parents can also participate in the parent-child race.

In fact, the kids already had a rehearsal last week. Check out your kid's bag, the notification should be there. You can verify with your kid too.

Just rec'd another parent notification via email. The school has informed the bus operators that the children will be dismissed at 10.30am but parents have to communicate directly with the bus operators to reconfirm.

19 & 20 Aug, no class for P1 to P5 as the P6 are taking their oral exam.

31 Aug, P1, P3 & P4 will be dismissed at 5pm 'cos to release staff early for them to attend Teachers' Day dinner.

wow, so many days to take leave now...

So many "off" days for the children. Anyway, my son will go to the childcare centre for full day and we only need to pay extra $5 per day. The Childcare’s teacher will give him some somework to do.

One more off day on 1 Sep - Teacher Day

I received the math topical test paper, seem like this round the questions were more easier than the SA1. Anyway I was glad as he told me (just after the exam), he said he did not know how to do one question and he made a careless mistake for another question, seem like more or less he concerned about the "careless" mistake. I think it is a good sign as normally he acts “bo chap” one.

                Hi all

I stay at block 702 and I intend to send my daughter by school bus next year. Does anybody knows what is the pick up time to the new school next year?

                Thankyou
                Ramya

Hey mummies, I have been lost in touch for a while this is due to crazy travelling schedules and workload. Hope everyone is doing well.

I am confused with P1 MT project and show & tell. Can someone clarify :-
I submitted 8 animals pictures today. I am not sure whether these 8 pictures should it be the same category, diff animals or diff categories, diff animals or same pair of animals but 4 diff characters for comparison in show and tell later on. As I will be traveling hence need to have info earlier to prepare her before my trip. Thanks.

Btw, my Dd is currently in 1D for MT, ds commented this male teacher is not very patient with kids, yell and scolding all the times. Anyone has similar encounters ? :?

                      Hi! All:

\"long time no see\", i am back. Now on maternity leave, busy and tiring for my newborn.

Received the term 3 report book yesterday, the result really embarrassing. 😛

How are you and your kids after the term break?

                        Hi Anna,
My boy's MT result is so embrassing. He told me the mark is from project show & tell of animals.

                        Enjoy your confinement.
