Hi 2 Prince,
As far as I know, there are remedial classes (English and Math) for students who have difficulty following up. Usually it is conducted during weekday morning before the start of the PM session. The teacher will issue a letter to inform the parents if the child needs to attend the remedial. For students who are weak in reading, there is Buddy Reading Programme during the silent reading period, again a letter of notice will be given to parents. -

last year, WGPS incorporated the supplementary classes into the class timetable so that everyone can leave at the same time. Good for those taking school bus.
No more kids in WG so not sure if this year's the same. -

It depends on how badly you wants your kid to attend WGPS.hello!

For the past few years, the P1 registration had been 2 to 3 kids balloting for 1 place during phase 2C. So chances are slim. However, there is a new primary school very near WGPS that could be ready by 2013 (need to check which year; I cannot confirm) and may take the load off WGPS.
That was what Frontier did last Aug; it ended up that Frontier took the load off JWPS such that there was no need to ballot for phase 2C JWPS but have to ballot for Frontier. JWPS used to be same situation as WGPS, every year about 2 to 3 balloting for 1 seat. -
