zoji, hi my son is in 1i.

Yup, the days for the spelling and tingxie are quite consistent unless disrupted by public holidays. You can help your DS to write in the Marist Buddy when the tingxie and spelling days are, in advance, so you can revise with him in time.

Yes, those are the dates captured by DS too. 24hr-mum is spot on too rgd a memo given by the CH teacher ;). In any case, I also realized the Ting Xie dates given thus far, are aligned w e dates written in the Note/Letter given some time back, rgd the CA, SA, etc.24hr-mum:
my boy 1e. theres a note by ch teachr sayg ch is 14feb tue, 21feb anothr spellg n ch test 22feb lessn 1-6
Yes. 14 feb is the next Ting Xie. My boy from 1E too.
Usually their Marist buddy is rather correct. I think they copied from the board. Sometimes there is an initial signed in red ink. Presume that is checking done by teacher... -

guess my son copied the date wrongly. and yes, there was a red initial despite the mistake.

If you log in now, you should see something. My ds' one says \"decline\"Hi all,
Can I chk: if I log into the mconline now n don't see a 'accepted' status for the CCA, does it mean ds didn't get it?
Also, anyone knows if CCA is THAT impt? If I don't do it via school but thru outside, can it still be considered a 'CCA' for whatever purposes the CCA us used for?
Txs!
Also received an email saying that our application hasn't been successful
CCA in pri school is not compulsory. Many use it for DSA purposes though. Having said that, for DSA, if you have a significant achievement outside of school, it is good enough -
zeedoo:
Zeedoo, is your child in primary one? Do primary one kids need to have a cca now? Thanks.

It's not compulsory for pri school kids to have CCAs, but if you want to use CCAs for DSA, better to start early. For me, joining CCAs is more for my children's character and physical development
