For the maths and english folders, ds says to keep at home, i am not sure if it is to be returned next week.

I also have a libray card application form, does anyone knows if that should be given to the teacher?

so far 1G has no library application form.

Don't worry, its for NLB. If ds too late or never receive, can get from your local library also. Ds already have one so did not need to apply via school.


By the way, when do p1 get their student card? For ez link etc. Ds still using child ez link. Think suppose to change/upgrade? :evil:

It's a good question. I learnt from DS that they took pics for the student card but still have not receive.

And just like that, we are moving into Term 2.

There should be a note from the teacher - my ds has always brought home this 1/2 A4-sized paper printed with instructions how to prepare for the Chinese show-and-tell from greeting to the topics.

That sounds more like the instructions to study for the coming CL test, not show n tell.

Show n tell usually must bring a photo or prop and talk about it. You better email the Chinese teacher if you can't find the instructions. Does your DS class have a class blog?

It is correct, next week 口语活动 is on 认读拼音。I have the same instructions.

Oh, this is not show and tell… it is just an oral test on hanyu pinyin. No worries on that. Very easy if your boy is ok with hanyu pinyin.
