      skunk:
aftermath of a party hosted for my wife's best friend. Didn't take the \"before\" pics as i didn't wanna be seen as a weirdo who takes photos of food LOL

BBQ chicken wings, bread with cream cheese, Butterhead lettuce salad drizzled with salad cream and onion and garlic bits, cheap red wine (of course must be cheap), chicken soup for wifey.

Where did you buy the table and the table mat? I love walnut colour furnitures.

i love angmo food...my wife not so, but she has no choice lol whatever i cook she has to eat.

my wfe says Nigella eats more than she cooks lol

            anyway, Skunky's BBQ Pork Ribs

one rack pork ribs from Giant. It's around $11. Quite a large amount.
            dried Rosemary leaves.
            Cajun seasoning
            lousy red wine
Heinz BBQ sauce (optional...i find it too sweet, but my wife prefers it).

Marinate pork ribs overnight with all the stuff smeared over it. Use fork and poke holes, so that marinate can go in.

Wrap in aluminium foil. Bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours. Remove foil and bake for another 10 mins or so, so that the fatty parts will be slightly charred and crispy hehe. If u don't like crispy but like the \"smooth\" taste, skip the last step.

            Serve with ice cold beer.
            Wah...u the man!

Breakfast is home-made Tierney's chicken sausage roll with Romaine lettuce and Heineken. I know it looks like turd, but it's really yummy ๐Ÿ™‚

skunk, you've really outdone yourself this time.

Agree with buds - sure looks like a WHOLE day's meals to me
Now, I'm beginning to regret my waste of calories on partially fried carrot cake ๐Ÿ˜›

my breakfast is usually very heavy. I hardly have lunch, maybe just another can of beer.

Dinner is usually carb-free, salad and steak. Followed by a glass of wine or some cognac.

Iโ€™ve been eating like this and iโ€™ve lost 1.5kg over 5 monthsโ€ฆa very gradual and healthy weight-loss (not the alcohol lol)
