Breakfast is home-made Tierney's chicken sausage roll with Romaine lettuce and Heineken. I know it looks like turd, but it's really yummy πŸ™‚

skunk, you've really outdone yourself this time.

Agree with buds - sure looks like a WHOLE day's meals to me
Now, I'm beginning to regret my waste of calories on partially fried carrot cake πŸ˜›

What a way to start the day with \" Heineken\" is that a subsitute for juice or coffee. Your Tierney's chicken is making me \"HUNGRY\"

my breakfast is usually very heavy. I hardly have lunch, maybe just another can of beer.

Dinner is usually carb-free, salad and steak. Followed by a glass of wine or some cognac.

I’ve been eating like this and i’ve lost 1.5kg over 5 months…a very gradual and healthy weight-loss (not the alcohol lol)

in the Middle Ages, beer was the traditional breakfast beverage....and it should be. Made from wheat, it has vitamin B, protein, and alcohol is quickly converted into energy, being able to be absorbed directly from the stomach instead of passing through the intestines. Better than Milo LOL

However, self-restraint is the key. I never have more than one can in the morning. And the energy is quickly worked-off from doing housework hehe

And in Old Scotland, it's the stout :celebrate: hops et al!

Yep, moderation is key...after all that efforts to cut the carb etc, you go replace it with the bubbles/gas in the beer πŸ˜›

u drink premium rum on its own, or with coke?

This particular one is more of a sipping rum. This is a 8 yo, I also hv is a 12 yo Old Oaks (another premuim rum). Heres a review on 1919:

Wow, power b'fast, I do power b'fast on weekends and early evening dinner with a light salad or fresh fruits for lunch. Receipe for the sausage roll, please :please:.
