d 'f' wld indicate someone signed on behalf of d Director who chose to hide behind just his title.notice no name stated for the undersigned, only Director.........

dis Doh guy apparently works for Horizon dat was headed by another ex CDF. -
concern2:
Hv read Alex Au's four parts of 'misAIMed...'HVR:
If you talk nonsense, then the aggrieved party is expected to respond. I think that's fair.
Is that why they they wouldn't post the entire AA's article on MSM? Let the people decide if it is nonsense. Don't just post the allegations.
I certainly failed to see any specific defamatory remarks in his articles directed at d PM. Has anyone else here read those articles? Please point out any defamatory remarks as u see it.
However AA raised some pertinent questions on an issue of public interest dat needs to be properly addressed. -
concern2:
It doesn't earn the 'suer' any respect from the voters.
Fully concur with dis view.
m disappointed dat d PM saw it fit to issue a letter of demand thro his lawyer to Alex Au to remove his articles n d comments therein in his first public course of action is dis matter.
Even if AA capitulates to save his skin n avoid being drag thro d courts at great costs in a libel suit dat he knows is heavily stacked against him, wat PM will achieve is a Pyrrhic victory for it will be seen as a behemoth with vast resources n a huge war chest browbeating an ordinary citizen into submission.
He knows fully well dat in d current scenario, whether right or wrong, AA will likely capitulate.
PM's reputation wld hv been better served if he had chosen to engage d citizens directly on d pertinent issues raised, if THP has deemed to hv failed in doing so, n clarify any perceived 'false and baseless' allegations head-on instead of 'hiding' behind d threat of a law suit.
d respect for him as d PM, SG of PAP wld hv been enhanced if he convincingly debunk d 'false and baseless allegations' in d court of public opinion. -

Way2GO:
Not his article per se.. It has to be taken together with 21 (out of 160) readers' comments--posted under his article--to be considered defamatory, cos, according to Lee's lawyer (as reported in ST), \"Mr Au, who decides which comments sent to his site are published, was responsible and liable for the offending posts as well.\"..

\"Unfortunately, it is not known who are the person(s) or entity(s) giving the $122,000 long-term loan to AIM. The notes do not mention any names. It just says, “The long term loan is unsecured, interest-free, has no fixed term of repayment and is not expected to be repaid within one year”.\"
PAP should clarify this. -
me as a concerned citizen has got a couple of questions too.
1. THP is on record saying AIM OFFERED to pay $140K for d software rights. Don't recall him stating anywhere dat $140K was eventually paid out.
Presumably for a $2 company with little or no biz activities with liabilities n in d red (based on d data currently available in d public domain), who then provide d $140K to purchase d TC management software?
2. Since d Directors hv declared dat they do not benefit materially from dis company, n I wld accept their word on it, wld it then be too much to ask CD to put on record d reason(s) for d company's existence if not for a profit motive?
