A shop in Blk 226A, AMK St 22 sells foldable kites. I have a couple that are always in the boot. Great for visits to reservoir parks, Yishun Dam, etc.

We are having a picnic cum kite flying session at Marina Barrage this Vesak Day, you want to join me? šŸ˜‰

SKP sells kites and kite-related stuff too, though they are a bit more expensive than neighbourhood shops.

The field opposite Sengkang Swimming Pool as suggested by windows is a good place to fly kites too. We would bring along our picnic table and park it at a far corner of the field while my men would go and fly their kites in the middle of the field. Remember to bring along insect repellent or mosquito patch though.
