buds, sorry for this, but I read through all 10 pages of this thread, but don't seem to understand what is required to take part in the contest!
My questions :
Must we post a recipe in order to enter the contest? or
Can we cook a pasta dish based on one of the recipes posted here, post a picture of what we cooked (or modified) and qualify to take part in the contest?
Boy, I am confused! -
hi 25hourmaid,
you have to post one of your own recipes to join the contest!
-
can we have multiple entries please as more recipes are going to come in, and if we like them better than the one we picked before, we canβt go back on our vote, so can we? Thanks.

Muffins:
thks for the suggestion, muffins..but I was looking more for the bolognese sauce made with fresh tomatoes..not ketchup or tinned ones. healthier mah.
All I know from my pasta cooking days, is that you can add honey instead of ketchup for a sweet, and still tasty taste..... Hope that helps!

You could make the pasta from fresh tomato using slow cooker, but it could take the whole day (you could start cooking in the evening and see the result in the morning). Remember, this is not easy as tomato contains lots of water

While ketchup is not 100% tomatoes, most of the part is made from papaya :? -
